Problems with uploadpic administration

Hello!

I'm using the plugin "uploadpic" for my phpbb forum, everything is working fine BUT, I can't find any control panel. To change max picture size and that sort of stuff.

It says in the read me something like "from this and that control panel you can change this and that"

but I cant find it under the administrator panel!?

Please, where can I find the "panels" the readme talks about?
